MOVERS.LA is currently operating as a front-end experience. Quote requests and partner applications submitted through this site are stored locally in your own browser and are not transmitted to MOVERS.LA servers, moving companies, or any third party. When lead routing goes live, this policy will be updated before any consumer information is transmitted or sold.

Information we collect

• Move details — origin and destination, target date and flexibility, home size, services needed, and any access notes you provide.
• Contact information — name, phone number, email address.
• Technical information — standard request data such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and improve it.

How information is used

Move details and contact information exist for one purpose: to connect you with licensed moving companies who can quote your job. Once lead routing is enabled, a completed request will be delivered to a matched, licensed mover on an exclusive basis, and that mover will contact you directly. We do not sell your information for advertising purposes and do not resell the same request to multiple companies.

Communications and consent

By submitting a request you agree that a matched moving company may contact you by phone, text message and email about your move, including through automated dialing systems where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by telling the mover directly or by replying STOP to text messages.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data retention and security

Requests are retained only as long as needed to service the match and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
